History

Tranzit DV Group Co., LTD celebrated the ten-year anniversary in 2005. Company, which was named Tranzit-Sever-Vostok Co., LTD at that time, came to this date with large experience, authority, strong team of managers and in rapid development and growth. Today’s structure of Holding company had been finalized by the end of 2005. Holding company was renamed Tranzit DV Group Co., LTD.

1995-2001
Company’s business was started when the well-tuned state North Shipments system like many other Soviet things was broken. At that time Holding company undertook for providing the whole process of vitally important cargo supplies to the Northern regions of the Russian Far East.
Company was able to establish maximum favorable delivery conditions, as Company succeeded in providing the full scope of operations from purchase of products from manufacturers to their delivery to end-users in Northern ports. Due to that, Company is winning some of the annual tenders on fuel supplies to Magadanskaya oblast, Kamchatskaya oblast and Koryaksky autonomous okrug under state budget programs.

2002-2003
Vostokbunker JSC joined Holding company. After the oil products storage depot purchase  Company started handling oil-products. Company began providing complex services of handling, storage and shipment of oil products in the domestic market under commercial programs. Modernization of a new enterprise allowed to double the handling volume and increase them up to 600,000 mt/year. Volumes of shipments to Northern regions have been tripled.
The first vessel bought; own fleet started to be  formed.

2004
At the same time the Company started bunkering business. At the beginning the bunkering line was opened only to satisfy own vessels requirements.
But operational experience in bunkering made it clear that there had been a great requirement in high-quality marine fuels. The Company started to develop this perspective line.

2005
The oil products handling terminal Vostokbunker JSC was reconstructed. The storage tank capacity was doubled. Today’s capacities of the storage depot allow to process 1 million 200 thousand mt of oil products annually. Having acquired own boiler-house, Vostokbunker JSC started the utility business – heat and water supplies for people.
Three more vessels bought.
Company started bunkering operations in ports of Primorsky region and also at Sea of  Japan, Bering Sea and Sea of Okhotsk 

2006
The project of high-quality marine fuels production was realized. Company is producing fuels compliant with ISO 8217 standard (IFO 30, IFO 40, IFO 180, IFO 360) and selling these fuels in the bunkering market.
The international market development became one of priority areas of Company. The quantity of fuels shipped to foreign ports of Asia-Pacific region is growing. Representative of Company in Hong Kong is opened.
