Oil-loading terminal JSC "Vostokbunker" owns the third largest sea oil-handling terminal in Primorsky Region with annual transfer capacity reaching 1 million tons. It handles over 40 % of oil products ordered by the government for energy supply of Northern Regions of Russian Far East. JSC "Vostokbunker" premium quality service has earned the trust of Administrations of the Magadan and the Kamchatka Region and Koryak Autonomous Area.

Since entering the ocean bunkering business in 2004, the company tends to become the leader in the Far Eastern market. JSC "Vostokbunker" manufactures premium quality marine fuels of it's own certified VB grade. JSC "Vostokbunker" is the only enterprise in Primorsky Region and one of three manufacturers in Far East that produce certified IFO 30 fully conforming RF GOST quality standards JSC "Vostokbunker" is a part of the "Group "Tranzit DV" holding. Own vessels, branches in Moscow and offices all over Russian Far East and agent companies in the Asian Pacific Rim countries allow the company to unlimitedly commit itself to customer service and monitor cargo shipment to make the whole delivery chain transparent for customer and assure accurate time for contract execution.
