Our mission is to satisfy customer demand for environmentally safe fuel of premium quality. This determined our core incentives: manufacturing of VB grade marine fuels with quality indexes preset for each specific type of electric power plant and creation of the best oil products service infrastructure possible for our clients and partners.

Our priorities:

to increase the volume of oil products handling by means of technical innovations, development of industrial capacities and export operations and attraction of new partners.

to conquer new market segments by means of industrial diversification and flexible project management.
