Bunkering of domestic and international commercial fleet in Russian ports and in ports of Asian Pacific Rim Countries as well as on Sea of Okhotsk and Bering Sea expedition routs.

Delivery of fuel is made by own bunkering fleet.

The implementation of factoring system allows the seller to grant favorable terms of purchase and payment by installments, for it is the crediting institution who bears cost loading.
